Under the framework of the Center for eGovernance Development for South East Europe (CeGD), INA Academy with the support of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs(Hellenic Aid) launched a one-year program on eGovernment development in May 2008. The Center for eGovernance Program @ SEE is based on a decentralized network of bodies and experts originating from the public and private sector. The initial objective of the Program is to provide to the participating countries of SEE a common regional instrument and a methodology for the creation and the transfer of knowledge in the field of eGovernance, electronic trade, and modern public administration, and therefore assist the reform effort of policies and institutional capacities.
Additionally, the Program offers expert training to officials/executives in SEE regional governments and public-private institutions.

- eReadiness Assessment Reports
INA Academy’s eReadiness Assessment Reports present a comprehensive assessment of e-Readiness in 5 South Eastern Europe (SEE) countries (the Western Balkan countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The reports are focus on the contribution of ICTs to eGovernment Development. The main objective of these reports is to provide a useful benchmarking tool that assists in evaluating ICT development in each individual country and allows comparative analyses between the 5 target countries. - eGovernment Case Studies
INA Academy’s eGovernment Case Studies present an assessment of current eGovernment developments and progress in 5 South Eastern Europe (SEE) countries (the Western Balkan countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia). The studies outline eGovernment progress in these countries and illustrate the strategy for future eGovernment development. The studies include presentation of the current legislative framework, adopted eGovernment policies, major institutional actors/decision makers and the underlying. The studies benchmark eGovernment development on a list of 23 basic public electronic services, assessed by level of sophistication. The studies are available for download at the Program Portal.

- Executive Training Material
INA Academy scheduled a set of 5 Executive Training Workshops aimed at providing a valuable opportunity for capacity building of governmental officials in the field of eGovernment development. The Workshops were implemented under the framework of the Hellenic Aid Program and the CeGD agenda of activities during the period March – April 2009 in 5 capitals of the Western Balkans (Podgorica - Montenegro, Belgrade - Serbia, Sarajevo – Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tirana - Albania and Skopje – FYR Macedonia). - 10 eLearning Courses on custom eLearning Platform
INA Academy developed an eLearning web-based platform to deliver a set of eLearning tools to maximize benefits for public sector employees involved in eGovernment development. Based on a suitably formed eLearning Methodology, INA Academy developed 10 eLearning courses, complementary to the Executive Training Material to offer an opportunity for asynchronous transfer of knowledge in the field. The platform allows individuals to have online access on eGovernment material when and where they need it. The series of 10 eLearning courses are available for download through the Program Portal.
- eGovernment Best Practice Guide
INA Academy’s Best Practice Guide, is part of an effort that aims to demystify concepts behind eGovernment and strengthen the understanding of all those involved in planning and execution of eGovernment projects. The document builds on International experience and addresses all possible aspects for initiating, implementing and sustaining eGovernment programs in any developing nation. The Guide is available for download through the Program Portal.
