According to Memorandum of understanding CeGD has a multi-tired structure, encompassing a Supervisory Board of key stakeholders, a Management Board for operational oversight, a Centre of Operations and a network of programmes and training nodes in the region to provide eGovernance services and coordination to government clients in the region. The Centre also relies on two committees, a Programme Advisory Committee (PAC), comprised of eSEE (Electronic South East Europe) Initiative participant leaders on eGovernance programs, and a Private Sector Advisory Committee (PSAC), drawn from the Centre’s private sector Stakeholders and recognized partners, the RCC Business Advisory Council (BAC) – led ICT Forum and regional ICT business associations.
CeGD Centre of Operations seeks to build a broad and dynamic network of key partners, who will provide technical support, counsel, and eGovernance content and will commit themselves to a cooperative effort towards the achievement of the Centre's overall goal of facilitating the creation of flexibly-tailored and targeted working groups and programmes in accordance with the specific requests of eSEE participants.

Supervisory Board
consists of 9 members, who represent 8 CeGD stakeholders and recognized partners. The current Chairperson of the Supervisory Board is Ms. Diana Šimić, who also acts as the Chairperson of the eSEE Initative. The Supervisory Board and its membership acts in accordance to the Rules of procedure of the Supervisory Board, which have been adopted in January 2009 and the provisions and responsibilities put forward in the Statute of the CeGD. The Supervisory Board convenes in two regular sessions each year.

Management Board
As of May 2009 the CeGD Management Board has 3 members, who are representatives of CeGD stakeholders and recognized partners selected and appointed by the Supervisory Board. The current Chairperson of the Management Board is Mr. Domen Bizjak, the Secretary General at the Ministry of Public Administration, Government of Slovenia. The Management Board and its membership acts in accordance to the Rules of procedure of the Management Board, which have been adopted in January 2009 and the provisions and responsibilities put forward in the Statute of the CeGD. The Management Board convenes in two regular sessions each year, 30 days before the regular meeting of the Supervisory Board is convened.

Director of the Centre
In 2008 Mr. Blaž Golob had been appointed as the founding Director of the Centre for eGovernance Development. Mr. Golob’s CV is available here. According to the CeGD statute the Director is the manager of the CeGD and its program.
Programme Advisory Committee – PAC
The Programme Advisory Committee (PAC) represents the ideas, and needs of governments from the region of South East Europe (SEE). It is comprised of eSEE Initiative participant leaders on eGovernance programs. According to the Rules of Procedure of the Programme Advisory Committee and the Statute of the CeGD, the PAC has a maximum of 15 members, four of which are nominated by the Supervisory Board, but have no voting rights. All other members are nominated by representatives of authorities of SEE countries. At the meeting of the PAC in Ljubljana on the 27th of January 2009, Ms. Tamara Đuričković had been appointed as the Chairperson.

PSAC Private Sector Advisory Committee (PSAC)
represents the business sector, its ideas, needs and ICT solutions in connection with regional initiatives. Its membership is drawn from the Centre’s private sector Stakeholders and recognized partners, the Stability Pact Business Advisory Council (BAC)-led ICT Forum and regional ICT business associations. The PSAC convenes at least twice a year and according to the Rules of Procedure of the Private Sector Advisory Committee, has an obligatory session prior to the session of the Supervisory Board. The current Chairperson of the PSAC is Mr. Toni Petreski, who also acts as the President of the ICT Forum Board.
