Mr Šadi Matar

Šadi Matar is a senior advisor for Information Society at the Ministry of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovia with responsibility for Monitoring and suggesting actions for improving conditions in regard of information society as well as in preparing international agreements, recommendations and tendencies in the field of ICT.

He also serves as the BiH representative at the eSEE/bSEE Initiative, NATO group for Communications and as a focal point at the Central European Initiative.

Mr. Matar is considered as one of  five BiH's experts in the field of eGovernment as he holds a certified e-Government trainer certificate from Atos Origin, and an M.Sc. in Computer engineering from Sarajevo University as well as MCP, MCST and MCITP from Microsoft.

Prior to joining the ministry, Mr. Matar worked in several well-known companies in the field ICT as a project engineer.
