eGOVERNANCE
eGovernance is generally considered as a wider concept than eGovernment, since it can bring about a change in the way how citizens relate to governments and to each other. The objective eGovernance is to engage, enable and empower the citizen. eParticipation, eVoting, eTransparency, eAccountability are some of the dimensions eGovernance.
 
Interoperability
Interoperability is a property referring to the ability of diverse systems and organizations to work together (inter-operate). The term is often used in a technical systems engineering sense, or alternatively in a broad sense, taking into account social, political, and organizational factors that impact system to system performance.
 
Foresight
Foresight is the ability to predict, or the action of predicting, what will happen or what is needed in the future. Studies suggest that much of human daily thought is directed towards potential future events.

Private Public Partnership
Public-private partnership (PPP) describes a government service or private business venture which is funded and operated through a partnership of government and one or more private sector companies. These schemes are sometimes referred to as PPP, P3 or P3. PPP involves a contract between a public sector authority and a private party, in which the private party provides a public service or project and assumes substantial financial, technical and operational risk in the project.
 
eGovernment
eGovernment refers to the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) to provide public goods and services to citizens. eGovernment involves simplifying and conducting processes relating to information, communications and transactions within and between governmental institutions, the public at large, and companies, by utilizing information and communication technologies (ICTs).
 
Cloud computing
Cloud computing is internet-based computing, whereby shared resources, software, and information are provided to computers and other devices on demand, like the electricity grid. Details are abstracted from the users, who no longer have need for expertise in, or control over, the technology infrastructure "in the cloud" that supports them. Cloud computing describes a new supplement, consumption, and delivery model for IT services based on the internet, and it typically involves over the-Internet-provision of dynamically scalable and often virtualized resources. It is a by-product and consequence of the ease-of-access to remote computing sites provided by the internet.

Policy making
Policy making represents the activity or process of setting and directing the course of action to be pursued by a government, business, etc.
